BELANGRIJKE INFO:
Op vrijdagnamiddag 10/11/23 zal de praktijk telefonisch niet bereikbaar zijn wegens elektriciteitswerken. Voor dringende zaken kan U terecht bij de collega huisartsen van Geluwe-Wervik.
Laatste mogelijkheid tot corona vaccinatie op maandag 13/11. Gelieve telefonisch contact op te nemen om een afspraak te maken.
Het griepvaccin kan u (zonder voorschrift) verkrijgen bij de apotheek. Bewaren in de frigo. Griepvaccinatie start eind oktober. U kan hiervoor een gewone consultatie inplannen.
Indien u een corona vaccin wenst, graag telefonisch contact opnemen voor het inplannen op de vaccinatiedagen.
